1. Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The product packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your product.
How to return an item:

Please note: Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Exchanges

5. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used pet nutrient products for health and safety reasons.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Sale or clearance items.
